Fishing with the Wizard!

Fishing with the Wizard was established to teach children how to use catch and release methods.  To show them how they can get out into nature, be gentle with the fish and only take what you need to eat and no more.  Skills which will help throughout their lifetime.

Now w are ready to welcome YOU to our fish guiding adventures with the Wizard here in Southern Vermont.

So if you are an avid bass fisherman, or someone who would like to learn and you are looking for some great action while visiting Southern Vermont. If so, Don Jones (aka The Wizard) can put you on some great hook ups.  You will be fishing on the best bass water in Southern Vermont. Room for two adults  on the boat. All equipment is supplied and it is strictly catch and release. !/2 day from 7 AM until noon is $150 and $50 for an additional angler.

About Don Jones, The Wizard

Don was born and raised in Pittsfield, MA.  His childhood was filled with outdoor adventures including many fishing trips with his Dad.  Don has a love for the out-of-doors, golf, playing poker and last but not least his beautiful wife Jane May Jones.

Don is an avid fisherman and spends a lot of his time at home and on vacation fishing with friends or by himself.  In fact he is the first person to have a ‘grand slam’ in St. Maarten.  A grand slam is explained at this link.
